Land Clearing

Land clearing is our specialty at T. Jepson & Son. We have been providing land clearing services for 30 years throughout Southern New England. We pledge to meet customer specifications, and we maintain an equipment fleet capable of handling any size project, from a house lot to horse pasture.

We offer pricing by the acre or for total project scope allowing for flexibility in budgeting.  Our pricing includes mobilization to the site and accounts for the value of timber found within the project area, benefiting  projects of exceptional wood quality.

Our land clearing sequence includes a pre-project site visit, layout review, project review with operators, review during project, review for changes and final inspection prior to completion.
